We stop and text you before doing anything that costs more. Under Minnesota law, the final bill can't go more than 10% over your written estimate unless you OK it.

No. You pay the price on the list. The only exception is a single bulb on its own, which is $39 instead of $19.

Yes, 30 days on our work. If a part we installed fails or the fix doesn't hold, we come back and redo it without charging labor twice.

Yes, when we do the repair. If you take our findings to another shop, the $75 just covers the diagnosis.

Yes, all winter. Below about 10°F we check whether the job can be done safely outside before we commit. If it's better done on a warmer day, we'll tell you.

No, as long as we can get to the car and reach you by text. Apartment lots are fine if the lot rules allow it.

Tire mounting and balancing, alignments, strut and suspension replacement, and airbag work. Those need shop equipment we don't carry. We can point you to a shop that does them. Big jobs like head gaskets or engine and transmission swaps we do take, quoted after we see the car.
