Oil and filter, wherever the car is parked
We drain it, swap the filter and fill it with the oil your owner's manual calls for, right where the car is parked. It's the easy add-on when we're already out for brakes, a battery or an inspection.
When it's due
- Your oil-life monitor or windshield sticker says so
- The oil light is on, the dipstick reads low, or the oil is black and gritty
- It's been about a year, even if you haven't driven much

- A quick look at fluids, belts and tires while the hood is up

Yes. Plenty of people add an oil change when we're already out for brakes or a battery.
Who buys the oil and filter?
Either of us. Bring your own and pay labor only, or we pick them up at cost plus 25%.
